My diet rollercoaster started months before one of the greatest days of my life (my wedding). The date was approaching fast and I had to slim down even FASTER, that’s when I grabbed a Slim-Fast meal replacement shake (you remember those).
From there, it just kept rolling downhill. I was back and forth between the latest diet fads for years before I finally stopped and took a long hard look in the mirror, and realized that I’d been duped.
I was fed up, so I starting working out with my hubs, and years later became a Certified Personal Trainer. I started to attend science based seminars and doing more research on dieting, strength, and mindset.
A few years later EM2WL was born and over the last 5 years my team and I have helped tens of thousands of women like yourself eat more, weigh less, and Crush the Diet Mentality!
