My diet rollercoaster started months before  one of the greatest days of my life (my wedding). The date was approaching fast and I had to slim down even FASTER, that’s when I grabbed a Slim-Fast meal replacement shake (you remember those).

From there, it just kept rolling downhill. I was back and forth between the latest diet fads for years before I finally stopped and took a long hard look in the mirror, and realized that I’d been duped.

I was fed up, so I starting working out with my hubs, and years later became a Certified Personal Trainer.  I started to attend science based seminars and doing more research on dieting, strength, and mindset.

A few years later EM2WL was born and over the last 5 years my team and I have helped tens of thousands of women like yourself eat more, weigh less, and Crush the Diet Mentality!

1. How do I know if I'm ready to make a lifestyle change like this?

We've been so BRAINWASHED to think one way - eat less, move more.  I get it.  Mentally, it's hard to grasp a new concept, especially with the same mindset. But...you know you are REALLY READY for a change, when you reaaalllly want something different...

When you are done trying to do the saaaame thing expecting different results, then you are willing to go through the muck and the difficulty of changing your mindset to change your life for the better.
