I get it.
The lure of free "bikini body" workouts, 21-day, 30-day, or 12-week programs, and the physiques of the people presenting them are hard to resist. But unless you're a professional, you could very well be doing those workouts in the wrong order, never receiving the compound effect that leads to visible results.
Yes. You read that right. You can work your bootay off, but something as simple as the "order" of the workouts, can negate the benefits.
Being random comes at a high cost.
Going from workout to workout, month after month, year after year without any real intention is cool if your general goal is just to "get moving."
